Imagine all the systems you’ve ever been a part of, each one like an eyespot in the tail of a peacock. The experiences of joining, belonging, and leaving these systems are imprinted within you. When you recognize the hidden dynamics and patterns within these experiences, a clearer picture of yourself emerges, and you begin thinking systemically.
As we navigate life, we often forget that we are part of something larger. A systemic perspective reveals the unseen forces that both empower and limit us. Bert Hellinger, a German philosopher and psychotherapist, developed a method to make these hidden dynamics visible through systemic constellation work. This process taps into the collective knowledge of a system, allowing us to access insights even from unspoken family secrets or hidden dynamics.
What happens during a session
- The client and facilitator define the issue.
- Representatives are chosen to embody key aspects of the issue or family members.
- The client arranges these representatives in space (using objects, figurines, or an online constellation board).
- As the constellation unfolds, an energetic field emerges, allowing representatives and the facilitator to intuitively sense and express the hidden dynamics and messages within the system
- Insights and “seed” statements may arise, tested by shifts in energy toward resolution.
- The client may step into their place within the constellation as resolution nears.
- The process concludes when the system finds peace, though the outcome is often unexpected.
- Constellation is a one-time intervention, with a minimum 6-month break recommended to allow the process to unfold fully.
The facilitator may ask representatives about their experiences or simply observe the natural movement of the process

Individual session (75 mins) : £60 (online), £70 - £75 (in person). Discount when booked in a block of 3
Group session online (3h) : £95 issue holder and £12 - £15 representatives
Group session in person (4h): £150 issue holder and £25 - £30 representatives
